As a Supplier Development Engineer, you will step into a pivotal role within our clients global supply chain operations. You will be part of an impactful Supplier Development and Category team, working with diverse experts to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading new product introduction and proactive quality assurance for machined components
- Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving development actions
- Developing and implementing supplier development plans to enhance quality, delivery, and cost efficiency
- Conducting supplier audits and verifying the impact of follow-up actions
