Job Description

As a Support Analyst - Boomi Platform, you'll be responsible for:


  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and support integration requirements across Customer Support, Logistics, Digital Commerce, and Marketing

  • Working closely with Applications Development teams, DBAs, Automation Engineers, Analytics teams, and upstream/downstream solution delivery teams to provide technical assistance and resolve integration and business issues

  • Managing, monitoring, sustaining, troubleshooting, and supporting existing integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform and related peripheral systems

  • Supporting the design and maintenance of service-oriented, discoverable web services and APIs

  • Assisting in the operation and support of enterprise integrations related to customer service, sales, marketing, B2B commerce, EDI, logistics, and distribution.
