Support Analyst – Client Support (AxiomSL) We're looking for a Support Analyst – Client Support (AxiomSL) to join our team, reporting to the Client Support Manager.
In this role, you'll help deliver reliable, high-quality support experiences for our clients, ensuring they get the most value from Nasdaq's AxiomSL regulatory reporting solutions.
You'll fit right in if you're analytical, client-focused, and proactive, enjoy solving complex problems, and like working closely with global teams in a fast-paced fintech and regulatory environment.
What You'll Do Provide first-line, expert functional support for AxiomSL products, resolving client issues efficiently via case management tools, email, and virtual meetings.
Investigate, reproduce, and analyze client-reported issues, delivering workarounds or collaborating with development teams when permanent fixes are required.
