Job Description

First Level Support Analyst (FLSA).

To receive and log calls at the work site

Following up users’ tickets in the system

Analyze issues

Resolve minor problems over the telephone.

Provide on-site technical support covering for:

o

MS Windows O365 / office 2016, Win 10, and all MS Office which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Exchange Outlook and * MS Project. Virus scanners

o

Scanning software/ hardware

o

Printing and photocopier related issues

o

Basic Network issues.

Maintain the new and existing PC’s Desktops and assists in configuring and installing new desktops.

Assisting the users for solving small software related issues.

Following up with users to ensure the problem is resolved.

Installing and configuring hardware and software.

Providing timely and accurate user feedback.

Track reported problems and associated solution...
