Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible in providing applications support to end user (e.g. MS Office, Windows, Glovia etc).
  • Assist in creating reports template, customization in Glovia.
  • Primary support for email administration, include user creation, password assignment and user training on email usage.
  • Assist in assigning User ID and Passwords to determine the level of security to be attached to all applications.
  • Provide secondary support to Helpdesk & End User support in PC, laptop, hardware and software.
  • Responsible for problem troubleshooting and developing solution pertaining to problem encountered in applications.
  • Provide basic training to users for applications (e.g. Glovia, Endpoint, VPN, O365, etc).
  • Responsible for PR creation, liaising with vendors and managing vendors.
  • Responsible for assisting IT Manager in Project Management, IT documentation, etc.
