Responsibilities
- Responsible in providing applications support to end user (e.g. MS Office, Windows, Glovia etc).
- Assist in creating reports template, customization in Glovia.
- Primary support for email administration, include user creation, password assignment and user training on email usage.
- Assist in assigning User ID and Passwords to determine the level of security to be attached to all applications.
- Provide secondary support to Helpdesk & End User support in PC, laptop, hardware and software.
- Responsible for problem troubleshooting and developing solution pertaining to problem encountered in applications.
- Provide basic training to users for applications (e.g. Glovia, Endpoint, VPN, O365, etc).
- Responsible for PR creation, liaising with vendors and managing vendors.
- Responsible for assisting IT Manager in Project Management, IT documentation, etc.
