Support Coordinator We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Service delivering in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide stroke recovery support following a stroke. Position: Stroke Association Support Coordinator Location: Home-based Herefordshire and Worcestershire. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings) Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week Salary: Circa £22,600 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum) Contract: Fixed term.
