We are seeking a talented and experienced Support engineer for the European Block chain Services to work for our client in Brussels , Belgium

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Work with engineering and devops team to ensure 24x7 availability of service offerings.
  • Create and maintaining the Tickets in our ticket system and follow ITIL best practices.
  • Create and update knowledge base for the known issues.
  • Provide L1, L2 support and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
  • Send out the notifications to users in case of downtime during business hours.
  • Trigger investigations (registration of problems) in order to identify root causes and prevent potential impacts on the application.
