Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1-2 support across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft infrastructure and services
  • Support Azure-based systems and hybrid environments
  • Assist with user support, system maintenance, and incident resolution
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and escalation where required
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication

About You

You’ll bring a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies along with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
