Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second and third line technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and security best practices
- Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution
Education
- Relevant IT qualification
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certification is essential
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a Support Engineer or similar role
- Proven experience supporting Windows environments and network infrastructure
- Experience with on‑site and remote user support
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365)
