Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide second and third line technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure system uptime, performance, and security best practices
  • Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution

Education

  • Relevant IT qualification
  • MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certification is essential

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a Support Engineer or similar role
  • Proven experience supporting Windows environments and network infrastructure
  • Experience with on‑site and remote user support

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365)
