The client, working in IT services for leasing company is looking for a newcomer to join their IT team.
You are responsible for all IT-related questions that come in via the 1st line helpdesk. You are in direct contact with our customers, deep-diving into their issues and helping them in the best possible way. You work closely together with the IT project team, guaranteeing that you continuously learn about the newest functionalities in our applications. You review recurring technical issues and analyze how these technical issues can be avoided in the future.
