Support Services Supervisor

Job Description

Sinai Health is looking for a Supervisor in our Support Services Department at our Sinai Health Campus. The successful incumbent will manage daily operational activities for the Support Services department, overseeing the operations of Housekeeping, Laundry & Linen, Mail Room, and Stores.

The primary goal is to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction while providing safe, high‑quality service excellence and compassionate patient‑centred care. The incumbent will also ensure positive employee and labour relations, successful employee retention and development, and achievement of expected financial and performance results for the portfolio. In carrying out assigned responsibilities, the Manager must ensure that all staff comply with corporate policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
