Parsons is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Staff / Admin to join our team! In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office procedures and systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for effective organization and easy retrieval of information.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate office activities and ensure tasks are completed on time, aligning with project deadlines.
