IT Technical Support
We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate is a problem‑solver who enjoys helping people, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and can translate technical issues into clear, actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android), and common business applications (Office 365, basic ERP support, custom iPad sales rep. app)
