We are recruiting Support Worker, must be a driver to join our service in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. About the Service – Westbrook House
A residential care service supporting adults aged 18+ in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. The service promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing through tailored, person-centred support.
Westbrook House is an 8‑bedded home, currently supporting 7 service users:
5 service users are wheelchair users, require hoisting, and support with PEG feeding
2 service users are more physically able and require support with learning disabilities
Westbrook House has a warm, friendly atmosphere. There is free parking onsite.
