This role goes beyond standard support workit requires someone who genuinely values dignity, communication, and person-centred care, and is committed to providing consistent, high-quality support without shortcuts.
The client's care journey may progress through various stages, including a transfer to a private hospital, a neuro rehabilitation centre, and eventually a return to their home. This position has the potential to evolve into a long-term care arrangement.
