Opportunity

As our Surfacing Supervisor, you will plan, organise and lead our regional surfacing crew to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and Delivery Manager to deliver programmes of work, optimise resources, and maintain strong customer relationships.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will drive quality, productivity and Zero Harm performance across your team.
