Job Description
Advance your career as a Mechanical Estimator in construction located in Surrey, BC. This on-site role involves critical cost estimation and financial analysis responsibilities.
In this full-time position, you’ll be responsible for preparing estimates and managing project cash flow. With your 1-2 years of experience, you will read and analyze blueprints while preparing reports and liaising with various stakeholders. Working at this location requires eligibility to work in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present pre-qualification submissions
• Assess blueprints and specifications for estimates
• Maintain cash flow projections for projects
• Generate accurate cost estimates and bid forms
