Were now seeking a Surveyor someone to support GCHs Planned Programme by overseeing the successful delivery of large scale, multi-year projects and contracts.

You will manage individual contracts and programmes ensuring that our Assets are improved in accordance with agreed standards and meet all regulatory requirements, including Home Englands Decent Homes Standards. You will lead on budgetary control, contract coordination, management and administration, ensuring services are delivered to customer satisfaction, agreed standards, required level of performance and achieve Value for Money.
