A leading financial institution is seeking a seasoned technology risk professional to lead its Technology Controls Assurance function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving rigorous, independent assurance over technology controls across the organisation.
What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of controls assurance professionals, setting priorities, developing talent, and maintaining quality and consistency across all assurance activities Design and execute technology controls testing programmes, covering areas such as access management, change management, IT operations, cybersecurity controls, and resilience Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls, producing clear, evidence-based findings and recommendations for senior stakeholders Own the end-to-end lifecycle of controls assessments — from scoping and fieldwork through to reporting and issue management Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory interactions related to techn...
