Switchboard Agent Rate of Pay: Starting at $18 per hour. This position is located in Kananaskis, AB. Subsidized staff housing is available.

Position Overview

This role supports a 24-hour operation and contributes to guest experience across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer internal and external phone calls in a professional manner.
• Provide courteous, professional, and attentive guest service at all times.
• Promote the lodge and surrounding area and activities.
• Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
• Establish a personal rapport with guests to learn about their needs and expectations.
• Actively seek feedback from guests, follow up, and take action to exceed expectations, including service recovery.
