- All IT Operations on ILA Banking applications deployed on AWS Cloud
- First level support on ILA Banking applications
- First level and 2nd level support on AWS Infrastructure and Operations
- Backups management on AWS cloud and on On-Premises
- Apply patches and implement baselines in co-ordination with System admins and Information Security
- Patching and CIS baselines AWS resources
