12 hours rotating shift – 8pm to 8am or 8am to 8pm.

• As a core team member, work closely with the helpdesk and team to understand customer issues
• Troubleshooting skills in resolving issues or escalating to established duty personnel
• Monitor health of data centers and remote sites
• Basic debug on TCP connectivity
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors / project team / helpdesk on issues.

• Well verb”ed in Windows clients and Windows servers operating system
• Basic Windows based Server hardware knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Visual Studio, SNARE
• Proficient in Microsoft device management and services support
