Pay Rate

CAD $50 - $60 per hour

Must Have

  • Diagnose and resolve complex application development issues.
  • Experience with contact center solutions: Amazon Connect (primary), Computer Talk (Ice bar – secondary), NICE - workforce management applications (preferred).
  • Ability to quickly learn business processes, IT systems, and program domains.
  • Perform software upgrades, patches, and system changes; monitor workloads to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Public Sector / OPS IT Service Management frameworks.
  • Willingness to learn new contact center technologies.
