System analyst

Overview

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our Solutions team.

The Solutions team is responsible for managing the interactions and relationships between business and the technology team.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of a System Analyst include obtaining a deep understanding of the system, business operations and product offering, with the assistance of the Business Analyst to document these areas. Another key responsibility will be understanding, technically documenting and solutioning new requirements and enhancements from business. This will be achieved by using gained business and technical knowledge and documenting a functional specification for the Tech team to work from. Assistance, guidance, and documentation of testing will also be required.
