Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking detail-oriented System Analysts - Salesforce to join our Regina, SK location. This position is responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Brandt's Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Analyst combines technical administration with business analysis, serving as the primary point of contact between business users and the Salesforce technical team. This role configures the platform, gathers requirements, documents solutions, supports users, and drives adoption across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. During the Digital Transformation program, this role works alongside the Salesforce delivery team to configure the platform, support UAT, and develop training materials. Post-implementation, this role handles day-to-day administration, enhancement requests, user support, and adoption initiatives.
