System Engineering Lead

The Systems Engineering & Integration role is responsible for the overall technical integration, systems architecture, and certification compliance of turbofan propulsion systems across the full product lifecycle — from concept development through testing, certification, and entry into service. Acting as the technical bridge between Product Engineering and Product Management, the role ensures propulsion systems meet customer, safety, operational, and regulatory requirements while maintaining system integrity and configuration control throughout development and production.
