Job Summary:
The System Field Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading systems and equipment at client sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. The engineer will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and commission assigned systems and equipment at customer sites following standard procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to customers / end-users.
- Document service reports, installation procedures, and maintenance records accurately.
