Roles and Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades when required. Network & Security
- Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
User Support
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
