• Monitors, restores service, changes, supports, and handles day‑to‑day activities 7/24/365 required to run mission‑critical systems, ensuring business service levels and environment management.
• Monitors and ensures service restoration of infrastructure, applications (online and offline), and security while meeting service level agreements.
• Provides Help/Service Desk support, coordinates Incident Management, deploys changes to production environments, and engages 3rd‑party providers during incidents.
• Provides immediate response to production system problems and participates in testing cycles to ensure deployment and operability of infrastructure and applications.
