Responsibilities
- Design and deliver efficient digital workflows by automating business processes and enhancing user experience across enterprise platforms
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation and system integration processes
- Ensure all systems and workflows comply with organizational security, governance, and performance standards
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system design and development
