    • Position Outline:

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards via online dashboard platforms, to provide meaningful people metrics to inform HR strategic activity and direction, including the analysis of data and identification of trends and exceptions. Liaising with internal stakeholders including Finance and ITS Operations, ensuring adherence to Council's approved establishment.

  • Identify and drive process and system optimisation activities and continuous business improvement strategies including managing system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration of existing systems.

  • Assist Coordinator People & Culture Services in ensuring continuous improvement of People and Culture processes and service delivery across council. Including development and delivery of workforce strategies ...
