Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform the following tasks:


+ Own and be accountable for Polarion ALM administration and support across the organization, ensuring smooth workflows, robust governance, system stability, and continuous improvement for efficient, compliant use.

+ Configure and enhance Polarion by managing access and permissions, driving upgrades and stability improvements, and resolving system issues to ensure reliable, compliant, and disruption‑free operations.

+ Manage customer complaints for Radiometer Diagnostics products by facilitating investigations, leading cross‑functional root cause analysis with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams, and driving timely, compliant resolutions to strengthen product quality and patient safety.
