- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5.45pm)
- Handles end user requests for hardware and software for supported clients.
- Troubleshoots technical issues and provides user support through timely problem ticket resolution
- Updates, tracks, and maintains assigned support tickets
- Escalates incidents and service requests as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
- Maintains site documentation and maintenance records
- Provides IT infrastructure support for warehouse and logistic projects
- Contributes to desktop and laptop software upgrades and refresh initiatives
