Responsibilities
- Supporting a high number of application flows in an enterprise environment, providing a cloud‑like experience for developers, especially key trading application platforms and wealth‑management systems.
- Analyzing the infrastructure requirements for enterprise business applications and providing the required capacity, tooling and application support for production environments.
- Addressing L2 and L3 escalations, running outage bridges, and managing ITIL processes including change management, incident management and problem management.
- Driving migration projects and hygiene projects, collaborating with partner teams to achieve the goal.
- Implementing process improvements, automation and scripting.
- Providing technical training to junior members and users.
