Key Responsibilities Own first-touch resolution of tickets in the ServiceNow Collaboration queue across the M365 stack and supported third-party tools. Triage, troubleshoot, and document issues;
escalate to senior engineers or the Systems Architect with clear reproduction steps when needed. Provide first-level technical support to end users for collaboration products and service. Assist in monitoring and maintaining collaboration platform health under guidance. Perform basic configuration changes, updates, and validation in line with change management Document system configurations, runbooks, and procedures;
