Job Description

We’re looking for a Systems & Support Analyst to join our Core IT Team in Aotearoa, reporting to the End User Compute Team Leader. This role supports Woolworths New Zealand’s technical infrastructure across offices, distribution centres and some in-store technology.

The Key Responsibilities Include

  • Provide quality technical support services to all customers in a professional, responsive and effective manner for desktop computing hardware, software applications, mobility devices and other technology solutions.
  • Provide initial onsite analysis for problems with network infrastructure and ensure timely referral to Vendors or Support Teams.
  • Support IT policies, Standards and initiatives across all local IT systems and platforms.
