About the Opportunity
In this role, you will deliver technical support, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services for Sandvik’s AutoMine® and Newtrax automation, productivity, and collision avoidance systems across an established customer base. Working closely with customers at site, you will support the installation and commissioning of automation systems, analyse system performance, and diagnose complex technical issues to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mining equipment.
You will act as a key technical link between customers and internal teams, ensuring automation-related issues are resolved efficiently, system performance is optimised, and customer confidence in Sandvik’s automation solutions remains high.
