Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet organizational goals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring expertise. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices throughout the recruitment process.
