Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven IT Healthcare Recruiter to support a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment focused on healthcare IT and corporate services roles. This individual will manage a diverse requisition load while delivering strong customer service, maintaining timely communication, and consistently meeting recruiting performance expectations.
This role requires a recruiter who is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at evaluating talent efficiently while partnering closely with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage 20–30 open requisitions simultaneously, primarily across:
