Job Description

As a TA Partner,  you will manage full lifecycle recruiting across India, covering permanent, temporary, and contingent roles. You will ensure timely delivery in line with established SLAs and performance metrics, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HRBPs, and HR Operations colleagues. 
In this role, you will also play a key part in supporting the realization of our future-state roadmap, contributing to the evolution of our talent acquisition strategy, processes, and capabilities. 
What will you do ?  
Own end-to-end recruitment across India — from intake and strategy meetings to offer and contract management 
Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and define effective sourcing strategies 
Manage external recruitment vendors, ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with procurement policies
