Responsibility


ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Analyze and investigate the need for support of business and translate into a catalogue of requirements to develop value generating HR products and solutions

  • Deliver HR operational tasks and ensure all the HR activities aligning with HR management procedures/process and compliance, including but not limited talent acquisition, staffing, talent management and so on. 

  • Support BG HRFP to deliver HR initiatives through consolidation BG HR data and reporting/analyzing

  • Work closely with HR SSC and COE team in accomplishing all kinds of HR activities to attract and develop the right talents for the business.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor and above

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience with all facets of broad-based HR field.
