- Establish program baseline and report project progress with percent complete on a periodic basis.
- Develop program and Executive dashboards.
- Conduct data analysis and develop and share deep insights into project progress, risks and issues.
- Create periodic reports with data analysis including appropriate charts and to help convey program progress.
- Support agile development process as a requirements expert including capture of epics and user stories.
- Perform process analysis.
