**Tactical Marketing Manager – Far East**

+ Lead responsibility for the development and successful implementation of marketing strategy for Massey Ferguson in the Far East Sub-Region.
+ Responsible for ensuring that key company targets are achieved by creating effective Sales and Marketing processes. + Motivate and set the direction for the product management & sales group in achieving all margin and volume expectations.
**Job Responsibilities** + Product Portfolio Strategy – Prepare comprehensive analysis of Massey Ferguson presence in Far East Sub-Region. Develop strategic direction and associated product roadmap to implement and track agreed actions.
