TP is looking for a Taiwanese-speaking Customer Success Specialist located in Penang, Malaysia. The role involves providing customer support through inbound calls and emails, ensuring quality service, and maintaining the brand's professional image. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Diploma, fluent English proficiency, and at least 6 months of experience in customer support. A basic salary of RM 3,300 is offered for Malaysians, with additional bonuses. The working hours are from 9a.m. to 6p.m., 5 days a week.
