The Talent Acquisition Advisor delivers end-to-end recruitment for the supported population, partnering with People Managers to hire top talent and ensure a strong candidate experience. This role also plays a key part in strengthening Mondelēz International’s employer brand in the local market.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from intake to offer, ensuring quality hires and great candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights, and guide hiring decisions
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent
