Responsibilities:
- Creatively and actively source for potential candidates.
- Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews smoothly.
- Support candidates through the process.
- Keep accurate records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within headhunting, executive search, or outsourcing industries.
- Knowledgeable in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
