Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive support for Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development through the support and execution of a variety of administrative functions, including generating and auditing reports, metric tracking, coordinating labor requests, sourcing and other projects. YOUR TASKS
* Coordinate and track labor requisition requests.
* Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and networking platforms.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
* Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Manage, audit and report on Talent Acquisition requisitions and metrics, ensuring ongoing and accurate reporting and analysis.
* Participate in various hiring initiatives and projects, providing logistical and administrative support.
* Contribute to process improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development functions.
