About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key entry‑level role within our HR team, with primary responsibility for full‑cycle recruitment across our national workforce. Approximately 70% of the role is recruitment; the remaining 30% provides exposure to broader HR functions including employee relations, HRIS administration, and HR project support. The role reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and includes mentorship from our HR Generalist and HR Coordinators to support development across the HR function.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings with hiring managers, job posting creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer preparation.
- Use Teamtailor (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track requisitions, and report on recruitment activity and metrics.
