What Will You Do?

As the Talent Acquisition Executive , you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring quality talent to meet the company's hiring requirements, particularly for contact center programs and other roles, including potential hires in the Philippines.

  • Defining job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure accurate role specifications.
  • Developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screening and qualifying resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further consideration.
  • Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
