Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

  • Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Support HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Prepare reports and assist with various HR projects as required.

  • Requirements:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
